The Palm Beach Community College Eissey Campus, located in Palm
Beach Gardens (15 minutes from Jupiter), serves as a resource for
higher education for residents of the surrounding community.
Associate of Arts degree courses are readily available for
students planning to transfer to universities. Associate of
Science degree programs unique to the Eissey Campus include
respiratory care, water/wastewater technology, ornamental
horticulture and the radiography programs.
The Eissey Campus is also home of the legal assistant Associate of
Science degree program and Palm Beach County's only ROPES training
facility. ROPES is action-based training using low and high ropes
in a structured experience for team building using concepts of
continuous quality improvement.
In 1995, the Eissey Campus added the Center for Business and
Industry facility; a state-of- the-art conferencing center in the
Alfred W. Meldon Lecture Hall; English and foreign language,
vocational preparatory, reading and writing computer laboratories;
specially equipped art classrooms; and the public art gallery.
Additionally, the magnificent 750-seat Eissey Campus Theater
presents educational and cultural programs for the benefit of the
college and the public and serves as an education center for the
campus theater program.
As a comprehensive community college, PBCC offers a variety of
academic and non-credit programs serving students of all ages and
in all stages of career development. Other campus locations are
Lake Worth, Boca Raton and Belle Glade.

First established as a conference center, Northwood University's
Florida Campus has grown and flourished. As one of the nation's
most modern and distinctive campuses today, Northwood University
provides a nice blend of architecture and nature. Just 10 minutes
from Palm Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, the nearly 100-acre campus
features modern residential facilities and an intercollegiate
sports complex.
Northwood University offers a Bachelor of Business Administration
in the areas of accounting, computer information management,
computer science management, automotive marketing, economics and
marketing management. The university also grants associate and
master's degrees in business administration. Northwood's West Palm
Beach campus also offers a program for working adults to obtain a
college degree while maintaining their employment.

The fastest growing member of Florida’s State University System,
FAU services seven counties, with seven of its nine colleges based
on the 850-acre Boca Raton campus. New facilities include the
Social Science, Science and Engineering, and Education buildings,
and a major expansion of the Schmidt College of Arts and
Humanities. For commuter students living in the northern portion
of the University's service area, FAU also provides a selection of
undergraduate and graduate courses at the NorthCorp center in Palm
Beach Gardens, located just east of I-95 at the PGA Blvd. exit.
This campus has 42,000 square feet of space consisting of 15
classrooms, five seminar rooms, a new and up-to-date computer
laboratory, a student lounge, an art/science classroom and a 7,500
sq. foot library with interconnections to the main FAU library and
other State University System libraries.
